Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Bani Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to cancel or return an order, please review our policy below to understand your rights and the process.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so by contacting us within 18 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the item for a refund (subject to our return policy).

2. Returns

  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Returns must be initiated within 2 days from the date of receipt. Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@banijewels.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it arrives safely.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Refund for Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the damaged or defective item to initiate the process.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, including sale or discounted items, custom or personalized jewelry, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@banijewels.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
