1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Confirmation: After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options within India. Delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 10 to 12 business days, depending on your selected shipping method and location.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping Carrier: We partner with reliable shipping carriers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart to ensure timely delivery of your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs for domestic orders are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. You will be able to view the shipping charges during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
- International Shipping: International shipping costs vary based on the destination country. Shipping fees, as well as any applicable customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available after shipment, but it will be updated as the carrier processes your order.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- International Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain types of products. We recommend checking with your local customs office to confirm whether any restrictions apply to your order.
6. Delays and Issues While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or high demand periods. Bani Jewels is not responsible for any delays or issues that occur during shipping. However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at support@banijewels.com and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. Bani Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect a package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier for assistance with locating your shipment.
8. Change of Shipping Address If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@banijewels.com. We will do our best to accommodate the request before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
